Hi, I'm Ger and have been working with Irish Wild Wood for over 30 years. My wooden world began when studying Microbiology. Strapped for cash and the need for a bed for myself and my good wife, I decided to give carving a go - and as they say, the rest is history.

I am completely self taught and through many experiments which continue to this day, have come up with a range of unique, quirky functional and oh-so-beautiful wooden items. 

I hope that you too will fall in love with this wonderfully versatile and gorgeous material.
